making a booking
how far in advance should I book?
book as early as possible in order to ensure availability and the best rate possible. In short, when you book your flight or event book your transfer at the same time.
can I book on behalf of someone else?
Yes. If you wish to make a booking on behalf of someone else we will need the details of the passenger(s) with their pick up and drop off locations. You may be asked to make a payment.
I want to book for today......
We may be able to accommodate late bookings. Please text (SMS not WhatsApp) +353834155924 OR +353860218228 and you will receive a reply directly. Texts cannot be handled when it is not safe to do so. You will receive a reply as soon as possible, usually within the hour.
I haven't received my booking confirmation

Pricing and payment
How much will it cost?
Our standard hire rate is €60 per hour with a minimum booked period of two hours. Each booked hour includes a complimentary mileage of 30 kilometres which is usually sufficient for most Dublin Airport transfers and events. Excess mileage is charged at €2 per kilometre for longer journeys. Waiting time where the vehicle is parked and the driver remains available is charged at €40 per hour in thirty minute increments. All airport pickups include one hour waiting time from the time your aircraft lands. Road tolls and parking fees are charged at cost in addition to the hourly/kilometre/waiting rate.
We always aim to offer the best value to our clients and to this end every journey is quoted for individually.

How can I pay?
We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. Deposits can be paid using a link which will be emailed or texted when your booking is confirmed. The balance can be paid to your driver by card or cash. Account payment with thirty day terms by prior agreement only.
Are gratuities included?
Gratuities are not included and are at the discretion of the client.
I need an invoice or receipt
If you require a printable invoice this will be emailed to you after the journey and payment has been received. Your driver can issue a handwritten receipt at the completion of your journey.
modifications and cancellations
What if my flight is delayed?
At the time of your booking we will ask you for your flight details. Your driver will monitor your flight in real time and will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall. All airport transfers include sixty minutes waiting time from the time the aircraft lands.
Communication is key. Please let us know of any delays as soon as you become aware of them and we will do our best to accommodate your changed schedule. Where there are long delays (over two hours) and we do not receive any communication from you we reserve the right to cancel the booking without notice where this would have a detrimental effect for other bookings. We will always do our best to work around changed circumstances.
What happens if my plans change?
We include free cancellation up to 48 hours before your booking start time. After this time a €50 administration fee will apply. Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking may incur the full fee if we are unable to secure a replacement booking.
Unlimited free amendments to your booking – subject to a vehicle being available.
Flight monitoring – we will monitor your flight and know if your flight is delayed. We allow a complimentary one hour wait at the airport after your flight lands. Where there is a considerable delay to your flight (more than two hours) please communicate with us if possible. We will always aim to accommodate flight delays and cancellations but reserve the right to cancel transfers where this would inconvenience other clients.
What if I miss my flight?
If you miss your flight please let us know as soon as you can. We will do our best to reschedule according to driver and vehicle availability.

While travelling
Where will I meet my driver?
For airport transfers your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall after you have collected your luggage and passed customs. Your driver will be holding a sign with your name on (or a company name or alias if requested).
For all other bookings your driver will arrive at the appointed pick up point in good time. Please let us know if you wish the driver’s arrival to be notified to you by call, text or making themselves known to you in person.
How will the chauffeur be dressed?
Your chauffeur will be dressed in a dark suit, shirt and tie. If for any reason you require other dress such as smart casual please let us know.
Will my privacy and confidentiality be respected?
All conversations inside and outside of the vehicle remain confidential. You can be assured of total privacy and discretion.
What's included?
Complimentary wi-fi, bottled mineral water and assistance with luggage. Please ask if you require specific newspapers or reading materials in the vehicle.
How many passengers can you take? How much luggage can I bring?
Legally the vehicle is licenced to carry four passengers in addition to the driver, in practice two adults seated in the rear and one in the front works best for comfort and safety. The boot/trunk capacity is 560 litres which is sufficient for two large suitcases plus two carry-ons or three medium suitcases and three carry-ons. Using soft luggage can increase this capacity significantly.

can we view the car before booking?
Yes. You’re welcome to schedule a viewing appointment to see the vehicle in person before you commit.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least three to six months in advance, especially for popular wedding dates however we may be able to accommodate your booking at short notice. for a quote please use the wedding contact form HERE and give as much detail as possible.
What's included?
Wedding packages start with a basic transfer to the venue (minimum two hours) to a full day with the vehicle at your sole disposal. We also offer next day airport transfers for your honeymoon. The vehicle will be decorated with ribbons etc. according to your instructions. A complimentary bottle of water, champagne or sparkling wine (if permitted) is included. Every wedding is a unique occasion so please make contact using the wedding contact form HERE and we can discuss your specific needs in detail.
what happens if the ceremony or reception run late?
We allow for flexibility. Overtime charges may apply but we will always aim to accommodate your day’s needs without causing stress.

Who will be my chauffeur?
Journeys are personally handled by Mark, a certified advanced driver with over thirty years experience in private service for vips and high profile clients.
What vehicle do you use? Are you licensed and insured?
Black S-Class mercedes-Benz saloon (W221 series). The vehicle and driver are fully compliant with all national transport authority regulations with regard to vehicle Licencing, insurance, safety and permits.
Can I Book by the hour or for a full day?
Yes. We offer hourly (minimum two hours), half day and full day rates. Please ask. Subject to sufficient notice we can also provide a ‘driver with you 24/7’ service where you wish to have a vehicle permanently available for example when touring. Overnight subsistence charges for the driver will apply.
